Aside from the cold weather, Boston is such a magical place during the holiday season. During Thanksgiving Break, I had the opportunity to go to Boston on Saturday before returning home. My family and I had plans to go to Snowport (a holiday market in the Seaport District of Boston) like we had in previous years. When we arrived in Boston, the line for the Snowsport filed down many blocks, to our dismay. Although I wouldn’t mind waiting in line on a typical day, the 38-degree weather made me feel otherwise. Instead of returning home, we decided to go to SoWa, another Holiday Market in South Boston. Although there was a little bit of a line, it moved quickly, and we could enter the market within 20 minutes of our arrival. Once inside, lights hung from the ceiling, and booths filled the grounds. We bought Bundt Cakes and Boston Decor, but much more was available at the market. Overall, it is a partial-day experience but worth checking out!
